Everything at Two Sassy Designs is fully customizable! Most all of our designs are available on any of our items. We can even incorporate your own artwork or design on our products. If you don't see what you are looking for on our site or Etsy page, give us a call. Ordering can be done via Etsy and local (Missouri) orders can be done via Etsy, email, custom order request via our website or by phone.

SHIPPING INFOETSY ORDERS
~ Shipping charges are determined by weight and size of the package as well as the zip code of the destination. All of our smaller orders are shipped via USPS. The services available are USPS First Class Mail, USPS First Class International Package Service, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail Express International, and USPS Priority Mail International. ~ USPS, Fed Ex and UPS are taken into consideration when shipping large orders. We understand shipping can be high, so we will research the best method to ship. For large orders, we recommend submitting a custom order request so we can ensure proper shipping charges. RETURNS
All of our items are customized and individually made so we are unable to accept returns. However, we will immediately replace an
order if we make an error. If the error is made by the customer, we cannot be held responsible.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled prior to the order going into production.
TURNAROUND TIME
Small orders are typically completed and ready to ship (or pick-up) within 3-5 business days. Once the order is shipped, we can not be held responsible for transmit time. That will depend on the shipping method you select, your location as well as possible weather delays. Large orders can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks. An example of a large order would be wedding favors for 100+ guests.
